VCS High School Swim Team: TEAM PHOTOS!!!

Our team photo will take place at Vision Charter on this Thursday, at 3:30 pm. Please meet out in front of the High School with your sweatshirt on.

Practice Times

Practice takes place at the College of Idaho Pool. The first 2 weeks of practice all start at 6:15pm. After September 3rd, we go to the late Monday practice.

Monday 7:00 - 8:30 pm

Wednesday Off

Tuesday and Thursday 6:30 - 8:00 pm

Friday from 6:30 - 8:00 pm

We always warm up before we swim. "Dry land" stretching takes place the first 15 minutes of every practice. Swimmers need to be on deck, dressed out and ready to stretch and swim at these times.

Saturday, Sept 22nd - Nampa Rec - Time TBA

Saturday, Sept 29th - Twin Falls - Warm ups 8am Meet 9am

Tuesday October 23rd - Districts -West Y -Warm Ups , Need to be on deck ready to go by 7:15am

Nov 2nd/3rd - Friday/Saturday- State - West Y - 10:30 am doors open, Meet at 1:30
