District Info

Hello all!

We are quickly approaching the end of this year's swim season.  Here is what you need to know for this week:

1.  Practice on Monday is as usual.  Please make sure you bring your filled out form allowing you to participate in Districts.  If you don't get your paperwork in by Monday, you CANNOT SWIM.  There are no exceptions to this rule.  Districts are a big deal and the officials are very strict on this.

2.  In order to leave school early on Tuesday, to get to Districts on time, you must turn in a note signed by your parents to the office.  Swimmers must leave by 2pm to make it to the Boise Y by 3pm for warm-ups.  Again, we cannot be late.  With traffic, it takes around 40+ minutes to get there.  Swimmers need to be changed and on deck ready to go right at 3:00.  Swimmers will also need to bring food.  Please think of food that will give you energy and not weigh you down.  Cheese burgers are a great example of what NOT to eat before a meet.  Think PB sandwiches, string cheese, power bars, orange slices and almonds.

Map Link to the Boise Ymca

3.  Don't forget to order your pictures!  Call or email asap.
