Official Meet Results from Saturday and Tuesday's meet info

Just a reminder . . .. our next meet is this Tuesday, October 18th at 4:00pm at the Nampa Rec. Swimmers are allowed to leave school at 2:50 pm in order to drive over to the meet, get food for dinner and change into their suits.

Practice Times

Practice takes place at the College of Idaho Pool. The first 2 weeks of practice all start at 6:15pm. After September 3rd, we go to the late Monday practice.

Monday 7:00 - 8:30 pm

Wednesday Off

Tuesday and Thursday 6:30 - 8:00 pm

Friday from 6:30 - 8:00 pm

We always warm up before we swim. "Dry land" stretching takes place the first 15 minutes of every practice. Swimmers need to be on deck, dressed out and ready to stretch and swim at these times.

Saturday, Aug 25th - Hailey - Warm ups 8:15 am Meet 9 am.

Saturday, Sept 8th - Rupert - Warm ups 8am Meet 9 am

Saturday, Sept 15th - Twin Falls - Warm ups 8am Meet 9am

Saturday, Sept 22nd - Nampa Rec - Time TBA

Saturday, Sept 29th - Twin Falls - Warm ups 8am Meet 9am

Tuesday October 23rd - Districts -West Y -Warm Ups , Need to be on deck ready to go by 7:15am

Nov 2nd/3rd - Friday/Saturday- State - West Y - 10:30 am doors open, Meet at 1:30
